The Caribbean Capsule Sailor-Wash is the rarest expression of the SeaWash process to date.
Rather than fixed to a single harbor or jetty, these jeans were secured aboard a working sailboat and carried through Caribbean waters over the course of an extended voyage. Dragged and trailed through open sea, exposed daily to salt spray, tropical sun, shifting currents, and the constant pull of wake, the denim evolved in motion—softened not by abrasion alone, but by miles traveled.
The result is a wash defined by movement. Indigo has opened gradually across stress points, with sun-faded transitions and subtle mineral lightening shaped by heat and salt. The character is organic and unpredictable—formed by travel rather than placement.
