The V.S.O.P. Collection represents the rarest and most complete expressions of the LunaSalt SeaWash process. These are not variations or repeats—they are singular works, selected at peak character and finished by hand with no consideration for replication.
Each V.S.O.P. pair is chosen for exceptional denim response: depth of indigo, clarity of tidal abrasion, and balance between wear and structure. From there, the garments are further refined through extensive handwork—chainstitch repairs, reinforced stress points, and traditional sashiko stitching, adapted here as SeaShiko: a functional mending practice shaped by saltwater exposure and maritime use.
All repairs are executed by hand, stitch by stitch, responding directly to the fabric rather than imposing pattern. The result is reinforcement that reads as history, not decoration.
Inside each pair, all SeaWash data—dates, duration, lunar phase, location, and conditions—is hand-scribed directly onto the interior pocket, permanently documenting the garment’s time in the water. No two inscriptions are alike. No two outcomes repeat.
V.S.O.P. pairs are produced in extremely limited quantities and will never be recreated. They represent the highest level of observation, intervention, and restraint within the LunaSalt system—the point where process, material, and time align once, and only once.
