Each Seawashed Deck Hoodie in the Indigo Sky run begins with heavyweight cotton fleece dyed to a pale, sky-blue tone using a controlled indigo vat process. The dye settles softly into the fleece rather than coating it flat, producing gentle variation and a lifted, breathable blue that reflects light differently across the surface. Unlike synthetic blues, indigo wears in gradually, developing depth and character rather than fading out.
From there, every piece enters the COATUE-WASH SeaWash cycle: twenty-eight days and twenty-eight nights sealed inside an oyster bag and submerged in Nantucket’s tidal water, following the Harvest Moon. Salt, current, and sun ease the hand of the fleece and introduce subtle tidal movement across the fabric—organic shifts shaped by water, light, and time. No two pieces emerge exactly alike.
Each hoodie is finished with a Moon Ray Yellow embroidery, stitched directly into the fleece as a low-profile mark that holds its color and structure through wear and washing.
The fit is relaxed with an easy, dropped-shoulder shape—built for pulling on after the water when you want something warm, light, and dependable. No drawstring to snag on deck or pull loose in the dryer.
Made from 450 GSM California-milled cotton fleece, pre-shrunk and silicone-free so the fabric breaks in naturally and develops an honest, seaworn hand. Washer and dryer friendly. Finished with a satin neck label and a discreet size / wash / MADE IN USA tag at the inner hip seam.
