Each SeaWashed T-Shirt in Charcoal Grey begins with cotton jersey dyed to a deep, smoke-toned grey—dark, muted, and intentionally uneven. The dye settles into the fabric rather than coating it flat, allowing natural variation to emerge across the surface and giving the shirt depth that shifts with light, wear, and movement.
From there, every piece enters the SeaWash cycle: a full lunar month—twenty-eight days and twenty-eight nights—sealed inside an oyster bag and submerged in Nantucket’s tidal water. Guided by the moon, the fabric is worked by salt, sun, and moving current. The process softens the jersey and introduces subtle, organic changes in tone and hand that cannot be replicated by enzyme washes, garment-dye shortcuts, or chemical softeners.
The result is a T-shirt that feels immediately broken in without feeling fragile—light, breathable, and dependable enough for long days outside or layered under deckwear when conditions shift.
Cut with a relaxed, easy fit that wears clean on its own or under heavier layers. Finished simply, without unnecessary treatments, allowing the fabric to age honestly through use.
